Bookings information and cancellation Policy
Refunds for workshops/group classes are provided up to three weeks prior to the workshop date. After this date a credit less an administration fee is granted toward a future workshop or class.
We understand that cancellation or no show for a private consultation can happen. Should this occur on more than one occasion 50% prepayment will be required for future bookings.
Our services and products are of a high standard however should you feel you have not received the service or product advertised please contact us as soon as possible to discuss and resolve the matter. We like to ensure that every client is completely delighted with our services.
